Maria is a Biomedical Engineering doctoral student interested in pursuing research at the intersection of biomaterial design with peptide assembly and drug delivery. She is originally from Yonkers, New York and likes to spend her free time exploring new cities and binge-watching Shonda Rhimes shows.
