Last week at the World Biomaterials Congress in Montreal, Yalini Vigneswaran won the award for "Outstanding Research by a Hospital Intern, Resident, or Clinical Fellow". Her paper describing her work will appear soon in the Journal of Biomedical Materials Research-A. Robert De Loera won a Cato T. Laurencin, MD, PhD Travel Fellowship, and Yi Wen won a trainee travel award.
